Customer Care Representative
Job Type: Full Time (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm)

Jones Power Sports Ltd. is seeking a full time, results oriented Customer Care Representative with a friendly, cheerful and outgoing personality to join our team.

What you will do in a typical day:

  • Accept inbound calls from customers and direct them accordingly

  • Gather information from the customers and pass on detailed messages to your teammates

  • Greet and assist customers that walk through the door

  • Help with merchandising of clothing and accessories

  • Call customers for parts and repair pickups

  • Smile lots and laugh as this is a fantastic place to work

The basic stuff you need to possess:

  • Detailed oriented with an exceptional phone manner

  • A self starter able to work with minimal supervision

  • Committed to providing superior customer service

  • Possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm

  • Trustworthy, a team player and dependable

  • Previous reception experience and bilingual would be considered an asset

  • Available Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
